Capsule 001
The house's opening statement: a limited collection dreamed up by three designers across fashion, graphic, and industrial disciplines — pre-sold, filmed as it happens, and shipped with every contributor named.
Apply to design itNOIVATNOM is a creative management company. We develop talent, produce the work, and run the machinery around it — deals, payroll, production, distribution — so makers make, careers compound, and every name stays on the thing it built.
Life is art — and everyone who makes something is an artist.
A plate, a record, a scent, a jump shot, a garment, a poem. If you practice a craft, you belong in this conversation. The house is big enough for everyone.
NOIVATNOM stands on a simple observation: gifted people rarely lack ability — they lack finished work, public credit, and someone minding the business end. So we built the scaffolding: representation, production, and promotion under one roof, with terms in writing before anything begins. Every property runs like a show the studio owns. Every collaborator keeps their name on what they made. And we start from a conviction that decides who we take on: every story matters — the celebrated ones, and the ones nobody has made room for yet. That is the foundation — care, craft, and receipts — and everything else rises from it.

Follow alongNOIVATNOM is a creative management company built on one conviction: every story matters. We represent artists across disciplines — fashion, design, film, music, beauty, and every craft in between — and we carry the business so they don't have to. Terms are agreed in writing before work begins, credit is a contractual right rather than a courtesy, and people are paid properly and on time.
We move deliberately. Fewer projects, made better, with sustainability treated as a design constraint rather than a campaign — in the materials we choose, the runs we limit, and the careers we intend to last decades rather than seasons. The house grows at the pace that keeps those promises intact.
We manage careers and produce work: assembling small teams around a sharp brief, funding what needs funding, and shipping on schedule. Beyond the gallery, we bring that same label treatment to any practice worth amplifying — a chef, a jeweler, a perfumer, an athlete, a neighborhood shop with a devoted block — building the identity, the content, and the audience around it.
We also find the work. Placing our creatives with the businesses that need them across New York and smaller cities, and connecting them to galleries and collectors, is our responsibility, not theirs. And we teach the business itself — forming an entity, reading a contract, pricing the work, managing money — because the goal is to raise owners, not dependents.
Properties we own, ventures we have built, and series in production. Each one runs the same way — cast from the roster, contracted before work begins, shipped on a schedule, and credited publicly.

Claim itA multidisciplinary artist who channels his creative vision through poetry, painting, music, fashion and more. Raised in the DMV with Ghanaian roots running through everything he makes, Agyemnan moves fluently between mediums — a canvas becomes a verse becomes a record becomes a garment — and the through-line never changes: one story, told with authenticity and love.
Simone is a licensed cosmetologist and nail artist trained at the Aveda Institute, and the proprietor of an established studio with a clientele that keeps her booked. Michigan-raised, she brings a warmth people notice before she has said much — and it carries straight into the work.
Custom gel, sculpted acrylic, hand-painted detail: technically exact and personally made. Every set is designed as an invitation — into her perspective, her humor, her creative life — so what you leave with is a piece of her artistry as much as your own. Simone’s Nailtopia is the house’s first live venture, and its proof: one artist, one business, built properly.
NOIVATNOM is a creative management company representing artists across disciplines and running the business around them — deals, production, placement, and distribution. We hold to three things in every collaboration: terms in writing before work begins, public credit as a right rather than a courtesy, and people paid properly and on time. We grow at the pace that keeps those promises intact.
A small team, growing carefully. Every seat added is someone whose name will sit on the work alongside everyone else’s.
Elijah was raised across the West — between Arizona and Southern California, with family lines running through Watts and Compton and a childhood rooted, to be exact, in Moreno Valley. A Marine's son, he grew up around discipline and movement: new places, new rooms, and the habit of taking care of the people in them. His compass from early on was a phrase he still runs the company by — the 5 Ps: Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance.
At seventeen he crossed the country alone for Pratt Institute in Brooklyn — chosen deliberately, to be surrounded by driven, like-minded makers from every background, in a city that offers no middle setting: make it or bust. He studied construction management, led an international student team in a design competition in Austria, and served as a resident advisor and in student government — the same pattern everywhere: logistics in one hand, people in the other.
"Buildings aren't just concrete and steel. You're creating spaces for people's memories."
That conviction is NOIVATNOM's blueprint. Elijah builds the company the way he learned to build everything else: plan thoroughly, carry the load quietly, and put care at the center. He answers the emails himself, reads every contract twice, and would sooner grow slowly than grow at someone else's expense.
He started this house on the belief that every story matters — that talent turns up in rooms nobody thought to check, and that it deserves scaffolding, honest paperwork, and a career built to last. So the work here is deliberate: fewer things, made better, with the people who made them named and paid. Under this roof, everyone is credited publicly, everyone is taught the business, and everyone is treated like the work matters — because it does, and so do they.
